All sale prices are determined by negotiation between current owner and purchaser. Each property has ten share owners (of a 999 year lease) and each share will have different future weeks and priority characteristics. Prices can vary if owners want a quick sale. Also see our special offer below.

All owners have access to our facilities which include a heated indoor pool, sauna, gym, indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, games room, tennis court and discounted drinks from our bar. Meals and light bites are available on some nights and a BBQ and cream teas at certain times of the year.

Many owners bring their dog(s) with them and Hope Barton retains the feel of its original farm by a range of small animals such as chickens, pigs, goats and rabbits. Owners can purchase our own eggs, bacon and sausages from reception along with a range of other staples.

If you rent a weekend in our Beach Hut cottage this spring, the rental cost (excluding on site purchases and electricity used) will be offset against the cost of any cottage share purchase you make before 1 September 2026. Also applicable to existing owners.
